SALISBURY — The Salisbury Police Department has obtained arrest warrants in the murder of Jeffrey Ramsey Jr., who was shot and killed Saturday night in the parking lot at Three Stars Mini Mart, 1126 N. Main St. near Henderson High School.

Police have obtained warrants for Malik Eric Johnson, 21, on charges of first-degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon. Johnson is known to be in the Salisbury and East Spencer areas.
