Letter: Ready to sign up, but …
As a recent new resident of Salisbury, I read with interest the issues with Fibrant. I checked out information on Fibrant’s website and decide to switch my Internet and TV service.
So far, I have mailed, emailed, and called Fibrant. I have gotten zero response. No wonder it has never made it’s subscriber goal. Somebody is asleep at the switch.
