At The Cross invites participants 

At The Cross (ATC) Ministries, 1915-1917 W. Innes St. Suite 103, will hold New Year’s Eve services on Dec. 31 at 10:30 p.m. with music, liturgical dance, fellowship and words of encouragement and empowerment.

There will be light snacks and fellowship following the service. ATC is located in the old Weaver building. Pastor is Debra Ellison.

2017 Watch Night Service at New Bethel Baptist

MOCKSVILLE — On Dec. 31 at 10 p.m. at New Bethel Baptist Church, 3727 US Hwy 601 S, there will be a special service of comedy featuring Willette “Gufu” Johnson, a native of Merritt Island Fla., graduate of Johnson C. Smith University, and ordained Elder of Dorsett Chapel United Church of Christ.

Also Apostle Miram Keller, a.k.a. Christian comic CindyMae. Keller was founder and senior pastor of Remnant In Christ Outreach Worship Center in Salisbury. She is known to many as “The Doctor of Comedy” and has performed the hit production “The Devil Thought He Had Me,” as well as church programs and family gatherings.
