Rowan weather: Warm, mostly sunny weekend

It looks like we’ll be mostly dry the next few days, with just a 20 percent chance of rain over the weekend.

Today’s 20 percent chance of showers and storms will be isolated and come after 2 p.m. It will be partly sunny and 90, with mostly calm wind. This afternoon, wind will come from the south at 5-7 mph.

Expect patchy fog after 2 a.m., with a low of 74 and south wind at 3-5 mph.

Saturday will be mostly sunny and 91, with south southwest wind at 5-9 mph. There’s a 20 percent chance of showers and storms after 1 p.m. Saturday night also has a 20 percent chance of rain, and will be very warm, with a low of 75 and south wind at 5-7 mph.

Sunday will be mostly sunny and 92, with southwest wind at 5-10 mph. There is a 20 percent chance of rain after 3 p.m. The low will be 74, again, quite warm.

Monday will be mostly sunny and 92. The low will be 72.

A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms is possible Tuesday afternoon, with partly sunny skies and a high of 91. Same chance of rain hangs around Tuesday night, with a low of 72.

Wednesday will be partly sunny and 89, with a 40 percent chance of showers and storms. Just a 30 percent chance Wednesday night, with a low of 72.

Thursday also has a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, with mostly cloudy skies and a high of 86.
