Judy and Clay Shoaf brought in a 2 1/2-pound potato that looks sort of like a fish and a 1 3/4-pound potato that looks like, well, a potato. They garden at their home on Long Ferry Road, and have been ever since they got married 43 years ago. Judy said her potato looks like a ghost if you turn it up on one end. They grow corn, tomatoes, beans, okra, cucumbers, sweet potatoes and white potatoes. They freeze and can a lot of stuff or share it with neighbors.
