Chance Brown and Avery Wright, both of East Rowan High School, have each received a $500 Randall Gore Scholarship, presented by Gore’s family and Organ Lutheran Church.

Brown is the son of Johnny and Tammy Brown.

Wright is the daughter of Mike and Leslie Wright.

Both will attend Appalachian State University.
