Children in the Livingstone Head Start program were treated to a musical interlude during their school day Wednesday morning.
The students spent their morning building their own instruments out of craft supplies, then they moved outside to listen to young instrumentalists demonstrate the sound that they could produce.
Fifty-seven 3- and 4-year-olds were treated to demonstrations on vioins, violas, cello and a flute.
