Celebrate Recovery at Trading Ford Baptist Church in Salisbury is celebrating its 10th anniversary during the week of April 26-May 3.

Celebrate Recovery (C.R.) is a faith-based group that allows the true counselor, God, to work His ways in our lives. His enables us to overcome our hurts, habits and hang-ups becoming the person God created each of us to be.

On Sunday during Trading Ford’s 10 a.m worship service, there will be a mini-testimony given by a member of C.R. This is to show the success achieved in this ministry, as well as to invite all present to the upcoming events.

These events include:

On Tuesday, April 26 at 6:30 p.m., a concert featuring inspirational music from the C.R. Worship Team, Trading Ford’s The Bridge and The Motley Family Bluegrass Band. There is no charge for admission but a love offering will be taken up for the C.R. Ministry.

On Sunday, May 1, the 10 a.m. service will be led by the C.R. Worship Team, the TFBC Praise Band and Rev. Kyle DeLong, a leader in C.R.

Afterward, at 11:30 a.m., there will be a spaghetti meal fundraiser. Cost is $7 for adults and $5 for seniors 60+ and kids age 12 and under. Take-out will be available. All proceeds benefit the C.R. ministry.

Finally, on Tuesday, May 3 at 5:30 p.m., C.R. will host its 10th Anniversary Celebration beginning with a meal and continuing with a testimony at 6:30 p.m. by Jeff Stultz (C.R. State Representative from Fayetteville). This promises to be a true showing of God’s power to Jeff’s life. Again, there is no charge to attend.

I hope you’ll be able to help us celebrate and see for yourself the transformation God has orchestrated with the use of the tools and people of Celebrate Recovery.
