Continental Structural Plastics will be holding a career fair on Feb. 4 and Feb. 8.

The fair will take place at the Goodwill Career Connections Center at 1923 S. Main St. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on both days.

Because of the growth the company is experiencing, it is looking to fill 60 full-time machine operator positions, along with engineering and maintenance technician positions.

The company is hiring for first, second and third shifts.

According to a press release, the company offers a highly competitive wage and benefits package for all positions.

Continental Structural Plastics manufactures lightweight materials and composites for the automotive, heavy truck, HVAC and construction industries.

The Salisbury facility was acquired in 2014 and manufactures several assemblies for the 2016 C7 Corvette, outboard engine covers for Mercury Marine and several parts for heavy truck makers, according to a press release.

The company is looking for people with at least one year of manufacturing experience. Positions require standing for eight hours and dealing with pieces that weigh up to 50 pounds. Applicants must also be willing to work in high temperatures.

Applicants can apply online before the fair at cspplastics.com, but they will also be able to fill out applications during the fair. Applicants are encouraged to bring resumes.
