Once again it is time to name the winners of the June Evans and the Phil Sowers prizes. The June Evans award, given to the Non-Life Master who accumulated the most points in our Women’s Club and Evergreen games, goes this year to Fern Albracht.

She will have her name engraved on a plaque and have possession of a silver cup for a year. Congratulations! We’re so glad you joined our “family.”

The Phil Sowers silver cup is awarded to the local player who earned the most points at both games.  This year’s winner is Pat Featherston. Pat has been a long time player in Salisbury and has remained steadfast in her support of our games. Thanks and congratulations.

The Frida, Jan. 8 Evergreen game was well attended. Our players were glad to be back after a long holiday hiatus.
