We’re in for a few chilly days and cold nights. Today’s high will be near 40, with sunny skies and a west southwest wind at 3-6 mph.

Tonight, the low drops to 26, with south southwest wind at 5 mph.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny, with a high of 47 and west southwest wind at 5-14 mph, with gusts up to 21 mph. Tuesday night will be colder, with a low of 22 and west winds at 6-11 mph. Gusts could reach 18 mph.

Not much change Wednesday, with a high of 40 and west northwest winds at 5-7 mph. It will be sunny. A clear night will lead to a low of 23.

Thursday will be sunny and a bit warmer, around 48, with a low of 30.

We get back to around 50 for Friday, with partly sunny skies. Friday night has a 40 percent chance of showers after 9, with a low of 35.

Saturday, too, has a 40 percent chance of showers, with mostly cloudy skies and a high near 50. The chance of showers goes down to 30 percent Saturday night, with a low of 37.

But that 30 percent chance of showers lingers into Sunday, with partly sunny skies and a high of 48.
