Holiday time of year
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are ready to enjoy our Christmas party Thursday, Dec. 3 at the old Holiday Inn on Jake Alexander Blvd. We are excited to have our own room and food catered by the Livingstone Culinary School. The school and the venue are just getting started and the renovations of the building are nearing completion. Groups can reserve in the building through Livingstone College. We wish this enterprise well and hope the culinary school prospers.
Our Nov. 20 Evergreen game was well attended. Winners of the Mitchell game were: N/S First, Wayne Pegram and Loyd Hill; second, Fern Albracht and Christy Cline; third, Marie Pugh and Ruth Bowles; E/W First, Chuck and Margaret Rimer; second, Andra Cozart and Jan Glover; third, Patty King and Becky Creekmore.
