Opening reception at Railwalk on Friday

Rail Walk Studios & Gallery announces the opening of a new art exhibit featuring the paintings of Keyth Kahrs of Salisbury and William Renzulli of Paducah, Ky.

The show, titled “For the Love of Landscapes,” will be made up of new works by both artists and promises to be interesting in that the styles of both artists differ so dramatically — yet they share the same passion for outdoor subject matter.

Kahrs first met Renzulli in the Lower Town Arts District of Paducah, Ky. in 2002 during the early development of the Artists’ Relocation Program. In the several years to follow, Kahrs and Renzulli joined forces to exhibit their combined artworks in two shows located in Kahrs’ gallery, Leaping Trout Studio.

“For the Love of Landscapes” opening reception is Friday, Oct. 9 from 5-7 p.m. Both artists will be in attendance.

Rail Walk Studios & Gallery is located at 409-413 N. Lee St.

Gallery hours are Thursday through Saturday 11a.m. – 4 p.m.
