Rowan weather: Clear and warm

So yesterday’s forecast was a bust, but we have a pleasant morning, with the temperature at 67 degrees and a light breeze.

No more chance of rain into next week. We’ll have sunny skies and highs in the upper 80s to lower 90s for the next seven days. The drought has not ended.

Today will be sunny and 86, with a breeze of 3-8 mph from the north. We might see some fog in the wee hours of Thursday, but the night will be clear with a cool low of 63 — you could open your windows for a change.

Thursday, sunny, high near 84 and a northeast wind at 3-5 mph. Thursday night will be mostly clear with more cooler air and a low of 62.

It warms up Friday to a high of 86 with mostly sunny skies and a light east wind. Mostly clear Friday night and cool again, around 63.

Look for sunny skies Saturday, with a high of 86. The low will be 64.

Sunday, it gets warmer, with mostly sunny skies and a high near 89. A few clouds move through Sunday night, with a low of 66.

Monday won’t change much, with a high of 90 and mostly sunny skies. The low will be 66 again.

And for Tuesday, partly sunny and a high of 88.
