Rowan weather: Another chance of rain?

Some people got a little relief in the form of rain overnight, and today, we have another 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms.
It will be partly sunny with a high of 78 and winds becoming north northwest at 5-8 mph. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain, cloud to ground lightning and damaging winds. Things calm down overnight, with a low of 52.
Friday will be sunny and 74, with more wind from the north, at 5-7 mph. Friday night’s low should be 54.
For Saturday, it will be mostly sunny with a high of 76 and winds shifting to the east northeast at 3-6 mph.
Sunday will be warmer, around 82, with mostly sunny skies. Sunday night’s low will be 62 degrees.
Memorial Day will be very warm, with a high of 87. Skies will be mostly sunny. During your celebration, remember those men and women who lost their lives in service to our country. Monday night’s low will be 66.
We’ll get up to 88 degrees on Tuesday, with partly sunny skies. The low will be a warm 67.
A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms comes back Wednesday, with a high of 90 degrees.
