Rowan weather: Sunny and 70, again

These cold mornings are kind of a shock to the system with our warm afternoons, but it’s 33 degrees today at 7:30 a.m. The day promises to be sunny and 71, with winds from the southwest at 10-15 mph, gusting as high as 21 mph.

Tonight won’t be quite as cold, with a low of 45.

More sun for Wednesday, with a high of 67 and light north winds. The low will be about 43 degrees.

Thursday has a slight, 20 percent, chance of showers after 10 a.m., but will be partly sunny and near 70. The chance of showers goes up to 30 percent Thursday night, with a warm low of 56.

Friday has a 30 percent chance of showers, too, mainly after 3 p.m., with partly sunny skies and a high near 78. And the chance of rain goes up to 50 percent Friday night and includes thunderstorms, with a low of 51.

Saturday looks great, mostly sunny and 66, with a low around 40.

Easter Sunday looks good, too,with more sun and a high near 66. Sunday night will be clear, with a low of 43.

Even Monday looks pleasant, sunny again, with a high near 68.
