Local Bridge with Myrnie McLaughlin

Winter Bridge

As I sit here writing my bridge article, I’m looking out on the beautiful icy ground at hundreds of colorful birds of numerous species eating at our feeders trying to stay warm and alive. My camera is clicking wildly trying to capture the loveliness. We cancelled our Tuesday game so we can be home warm and safe. So glad I don’t have to be outside hunting for food and shelter.  We are sure to be able to play on Friday, Feb. 20 and next Tuesday, Feb. 24.

Last Friday, Feb. 13, we had a full house once again. We welcomed back Tom Johnson and Jon Post (after a nine-year absence) to our group. Hope to see you again often.
