A Lexington man has been charged in connection with robberies at CVS stories in Salisbury and Rockwell.

Bobby Ray Cabe Jr., 40, is charged with felony robbery with a dangerous weapon and felony possession of a firearm by a felon in the Salisbury robbery, and he faces similar charges in the Rockwell crime.

The Salisbury robbery occurred around 8 p.m. Jan. 9 at the CVS located at 1702 E. Innes St. There were three employees at the pharmacy during the robbery.

Salisbury police are investigating whether Greer may be involved in other robberies that have occurred in Salisbury.

Greer has been convicted of shoplifting, breaking and entering, larceny, forgery, child abduction and drug possession. Winston-Salem Police are expected to charge Greer with felony robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of second-degree kidnapping and misdemeanor resist, delay, obstruct an officer.

Winston-Salem police have charged Cabe with felony robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, possession of firearm by a felon, felony speeding to elude arrest, and misdemeanor resist, delay, obstruct an officer.

Hughes, 30, of Denton, has been charged by Winston-Salem police with robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon (knife and gun), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resist, delay, obstruct an officer.

Cabe, who is currently on probation, has been convicted of felony larceny after breaking and entering, felony breaking and entering, felony larceny of a vehicle, receiving a stolen vehicle, obtaining property by false pretenses, possession of stolen goods, driving while license revoked, escape from jail, misdemeanor larceny, second-degree burglary, second-degree arson, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, common law robbery, simple assault and shoplifting.
