An article published on Thursday incorrectly stated that Salisbury resident Ronnie Smith’s stance on proposed Rowan-Salisbury School System central office. The article should have stated that Smith’s letters were marked on state documents as objecting to the proposed site for the project. On Smith’s objection letters, 116 people were listed as either being involved in an alleged conspiracy or having knowledge of  facts.
