Smart Start Rowan, in cooperation with the Rowan Public Library, will host “Making Transitions Fun” on Thursday.

The event will be held in the Stanback Room of the Rowan Public Library Headquarters. The event will begin at 10:30 a.m. will last until noon. There will be information and discussions for parents and stories and crafts for children.

Smart Start Rowan, a local nonprofit, provides services to children birth to 5 years of age.
