Smith Felts Wedding

RALEIGH — Anna Elizabeth Smith of Woodleaf and Major James Allen Felts of Riverview, Fla., were united in marriage Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, at Edenton Street Methodist Church in Raleigh. The Reverend Ned Hill officiated the ceremony, which was followed by a reception at the City Club of Raleigh.
Anna is the daughter of Elizabeth Withers Smith of Spencer and the late Former House Representative Addison Neal Smith of Woodleaf. She is the owner and trial attorney at the Law Offices of Anna Smith Felts in Raleigh.
James is the son of Chief Master Sergeant Ronald and Chong Felts of Sanford. He has a decorated military career and currently works for the Department of the Army.
The bride was escorted by her brother, Addison Neal Smith, Jr., and attended by Mary Beth Smith, Katie Smith and Matron Casey Lovas as Maids of Honor. Bridesmaids were Blake Eberhart, Melissa Kakavas, Jodi Myers, Sarah Braswell, Stacy Hill, Lindsay Joyner, Laura Beaver, Donna Smith, Nina Spencer and Jennifer Gray. Honorary Bridesmaids were Courtney Greer, Li Chun Young and Allison Clipp.
The groom’s best man was John Campo. Groomsmen included Addison Neal Smith, Jr., Todd Spencer, Scott Fitzpatrick, James Hampton, Arnold Allen, Barry Hull, Mike Petrusic, Thomas Grabos, Chase Baker, Reginald Hooker, James Harkey and Richard Grace.
Flower girls were Jenna Felts, Taylor Felts and Evie Lovas, and the ring bearer was August Spencer.
A solo was performed by Jason Karn, and the scripture reading was read by the Honorable Rufus L. Edmisten.
After their honeymoon trip in Cancun, Mexico, the couple will reside in Raleigh.
