‘Country Christmas’ open house Dec. 6 will benefit cystic fibrosis research
SALISBURY — Ralph and Helen Brown and Linda and Derby Holshouser will be hosts from 1-8 p.m. on Dec. 6 for “A Country Christmas Open House” at the Holshousers’ 1910 farmhouse, 2015 Mooresville Road.
Tickets are $5, and all proceeds will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
The Holshousers’ home will showcase 12 decorated trees and a variety of Christmas vignettes. Vendors with craft items also will be in the decorated barn and cottage. A tour of the grounds will include vintage cars, horses and other farm animals.
Visitors also will be treated to homemade foods and beverages and a chance at door prizes. Tickets are now available at Pottery 101, the Spencer Doll Museum, Windsor Gallery Fine Jewelers, Anne Roland Furniture or by calling Helen Brown at 704-636-5902.
