Rowan County Early College will be holding its informational forum for rising ninth grade students on Nov. 6.
“An application process is required to become a student in the early college program. This informational session allows parents and students to come and learn about the program,” counselor Pamela Ratliff said.
The early college program allows high school students to graduate with their high school diploma while taking college-level classes and earning an associate of arts or an associate of science degree and up to 64 transferable college credits.
The forum will be held at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College’s north campus in the 600 building teaching auditorium at 6:30 p.m. For more information, contact Principal David Miller at 704-216-7253 or Pamela Ratliff at 704-216-3875.
