Gerald and Janet Edwards of Rockwell announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacie Jade Edwards, to Shaun Alexander Hopkins, both of Concord.
Stacie is the granddaughter of Grover and Peggy Wyatt of Edgefield, S.C., and the late Gomery and Gertie Edwards. She is a graduate of Carson High School and Rowan-Cabarrus Community College.
Shaun is the son of Glenn and Vivian Hopkins of Gold Hill and the grandson of Ruby and the late John Ralph Pennington of Salisbury and the late William Ray and Lillie Mae Hopkins. A graduate of Carson High School, he is employed by T3 Computer Service in Concord.
The wedding is Nov. 1 at Eden Crest in Sevierville, Tenn.
