A woman reported Monday her cellphone was stolen from a classroom at West Rowan MIddle School on Sept. 18.

Vandalism over the weekend was reported Monday at Hurley Elementary School.

Sandy’s One Stop in China Grove reported Monday a breaking and entering between 11 p.m. Sunday and 5 a.m. Monday.

Bryson Parker Langford, 16, was charged Monday with Affray (fighting) on the 100 block of St. Luke’s Church Road.

Nathan Charles Latta, 25, was charged Monday with resist/delay/obstruct a public officer on the 200 block of North Main Street in Salisbury.

Dmari Yasin Bryant, 18, was charged Monday with larceny on the 100 block of West Liberty Street in Salisbury.

Mary Denise Settlemyer, 38, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance on the 200 block of North Main Street in Salisbury.

In Salisbury Police reports:

A man reported Sunday an attempted burglary on West Thomas Street around 3 a.m.

A woman reported Sunday that her car was broken into on the 1300 block of Klumac Road between 7 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and the airbag was stolen.

A man reported Monday a burglary on the 900 block of West Cemetery Road between 6 p.m. Sunday and 1:20 a.m. Monday.

Pirhl Inc. reported Monday a burglary on the 400 block of West Jake Alexander Boulevard over the weekend.

B&J Amoco reported Monday their garage bay door was damaged over the weekend by two shots from an air/gas powered gun.

A man reported Monday a burglary on the 1200 block of West Monroe Street between July 16 and Sept. 20.

A man reported Tuesday a burglary and assault on the 700 block of Lakewood Drive around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.

A simple physical assault on the 2000 block of Harrison Road that happened in April was reported Tuesday.

A simple assault on the 400 block of Klumac Road that happened between 11 p.m. Monday and 2:19 a.m. Tuesday was reported Tuesday.

A simple physical assault on the 100 block of Norris Drive was reported Tuesday.

A man reported an armed robbery at the 1700 block of Old Wilkesboro Road Tuesday.

A burglary was reported Tuesday on the 1200 block of North Church Street.

Darius Jamal Jones, 25, was charged Sunday with possession of a controlled substance on the 100 block of E. Fisher Street.

Dolan Anthony Allison was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia in Salisbury and carrying a concealed weapon in China Grove.
