Faith Board of Aldermen meets Tuesday

Faith’s board of Aldermen will meet Tuesday for its regular business meeting.
The board will go over its zoning and planning memo and its August water report. Board members will receive an update from the sewer department and police department as well.
The fire chief will give his monthly report, and the board will make an appointment to the Local Firefighter Relief Fund Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees will discuss the North Carolina Department of Transportation’s Fall Litter Sweep, which will be held Sept. 20 through Oct. 4.
A review of the town’s financial reports is also on the agenda, along with a request of an annual donation or per attendance meeting fee from the Centralina Council of Governments.
Ethics training will also be discussed.
The board will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Town Hall, 100 N. Main St. in Faith.
