In the week ahead, there’s one thing to remember: There will be a 30-40 percent chance of rain every day and night. But first, we have a weekend to discuss.
Today, with our 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, we’ll have partly sunny skies and a high near 89. Tonight, with our 30 percent chance of showers and storms, we might also see patchy fog. The low will be around 69.
A few storms could be slow-moving, raising the possibility of some flooding.
Saturday, with our 40 percent chance of rain, we can expect partly sunny skies and a high near 87. And the 40 percent continues into Saturday night with a low again around 69.
Up the chance of rain to 50 percent Sunday, under mostly cloudy skies and a cooler high of 82. Keep the 50 percent chance of showers and storms Sunday night, and look for a low of 66.
Monday, we’re back with a 40 percent chance of showers and storms, mostly cloudy skies, and a high near 78. Monday night, the chance of precipitation drops to 30 percent, with another low of 66.
Tuesday will be partly sunny and near 79, noticeably cooler, with partly sunny skies and a 30 percent chance of showers and storms. That continues Tuesday night, with a low again around 66.
For Wednesday, there’s the 30 percent chance of rain, with partly sunny skies and a high near 83; the low will be around 67, with the same 30 percent chance of rain.
And for Thursday, no real change, a high near 84, partly sunny skies and a 30 percent chance of showers and storms.
