ROCKWELL — Nazareth Children’s Home has received a generous gift of $3,000 from the Blanche & Hubert Ritchie Foundation in Salisbury. Nazareth will use the gift to purchase new clothing and supplies for each child as they begin the new school year.
“Our board and staff here at Nazareth are so grateful and fortunate to have the support of the Ritchie Foundation. Each year, their generosity during Christmas and back-to-school enables us to provide for our children in a manner in which all children deserve,” said Josh Regan, director of development for Nazareth.
Since 2006 The Ritchie Foundation has been a strong and loyal supporter of Nazareth and their mission, donating more than $100,000 for Christmas gifts, school supplies and clothing.
For 108 years, the mission of Nazareth Children’s Home has been to provide the highest quality of services with a commitment to excellence, while empowering youth and families in developing solutions that ensure successful outcomes. The home’s philosophy is all individuals live and grow in a safe and happy home environment, free of abuse and oppression, and with a healthy respect for themselves and others.
