Rowan weather: One more dreary day

It’s a sticky 73 at 7:30 a.m., with the humidity at 98 percent. Today will be another day with scattered showers and thunderstorms, possibly all day. Mostly cloudy skies will keep the high near 83. The chance of rain is 40 percent.
Tonight, the chance of rain goes up to 60 percent, with a low of 67. We still have good air quality today and tomorrow. Despite the clouds, the UV index is 8, back into the very high range.
Then the rest of the week and even into next week, there’s no mention of rain, and were back in the mid- to upper 80s.
Wednesday should be mostly sunny with a high near 84 and a low around 59. Look for sunny skies Thursday, with a high near 83 and a low of 61. Friday, mostly sunny, high near 85, low around 63.
And for the weekend, expect mostly sunny skies Saturday and Sunday. The high Saturday will be near 85, with a low of 66, and Sunday will be warmer, 87, with a low of 68.
Monday, mostly sunny again and warm, with a high of 88.
