Rowan weather: Storms possible

It’s another muggy morning with a 70 percent chance or rain today, especially after 2 p.m. Cloudy skies will keep the high down to 75 degrees. Thunderstorms may contain heavy downpours and strong winds.
Tonight’s chance of rain is 50 percent, with patchy fog possible in the early hours of Tuesday. The low will be around 68.
The air quality will be good today and Tuesday. Due to the clouds and showers, our UV index will be moderate.
We’ll have another 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Tuesday, with mostly cloudy skies and a high near 83. Tuesday night, the chance of rain will be 40 percent, with a low around 67.
Then it looks like clear sailing for the rest of the week. Wednesday will be sunny with a high of 82 and a low around 59.
Thursday will be sunny and near 82 again. Thursday night’s low will be around 61.
Friday makes a threepeat, with sunny skies and a high near 82; low around 64.
Saturday and Sunday look pretty good at this point. Mostly sunny both days with a high Saturday near 84 and a low around 65 and a high Sunday near 85.
