Rowan weather: Just the usual

Some people saw brief rain showers yesterday as a cold front moved through. Today it’s in the lower 60s to start the day. And we don’t have a mention of rain. Farmers would like to see more rain than they’re getting, especially with the showers so spotty.
It should be mostly sunny today with a high of 84, and tonight, as most nights, will be cloudy, with a low around 63.
Then we’re back in the pattern of warm days and a chance of showers or thunderstorms each day.
Saturday, the chance is 20 percent for the morning and 30 percent overnight. Otherwise, it will be partly sunny, with a high near 85. Saturday night’s low will be around 65, with a slightly increased rain chance.
Sunday, look for a 30 percent chance of showers and storms, under mostly cloudy skies with a high near 85. Sunday night, the rain chance increases to 40 percent, with a low of 65.
Monday sounds awfully familiar. Mostly cloudy, high near 86, 40 percent chance of rain. Monday night, 30 percent chance of precipitation, and a low around 67.
Tuesday, same song, different verse. Partly sunny this time, and hot, near 90; 30 percent chance of rain. Tuesday night, same chance of showers and storms, low around 66.
High near 87 Wednesday, partly sunny, 40 percent chance of precipitation. Wednesday night, 30 percent chance, low around 65.
And then Thursday, same old, same old — 40 percent chance of storms and showers, partly sunny, high near 85.
It’s not officially summer yet, but our weather is in a typical summer pattern.
