• Start time changes for meeting: Rowan County Board of Commissioners’ regularly scheduled meeting Monday, June 16 has been moved from 6 p.m. to 5 p.m. Held in second floor of Rowan County Administration Building, 130 W. Innes St.
• Sheriff’s Office camp deadline extended to June 13: Participants must be currently in the sixth or seventh grade and must submit an application. Curriculum includes communicating with others, conflict resolution, goal setting, healthy self-image, juvenile law procedures, plus recreation and lunch. The camp is free for participants.
• Meeting cancelled: The Salisbury Planning Board will not meet Tuesday, June 10.
