Leigh Mariah Smith of Salisbury graduated from North Carolina State University College of Education May 10, 2014, with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing Education. Leigh also received The Outstanding Senior Award in Business and Marketing Education.
A 2010 graduate of East Rowan High School, she plans to attend graduate school at NCSU.
Leigh is the daughter of Beverly Smith of Salisbury and Ty Smith of Harrisburg. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Fisher of Salisbury.
