SALISBURY — Finally.
The long-awaited re-opening of Cartucci’s Italian restaurant at 105 E. Fisher St. has been scheduled.
Owner Ted Aurora said after numerous delays due to construction and insurance issues, as well as just plain old bad luck, he will welcome back diners to his restaurant on Tuesday, 10 months after a fire damaged the kitchen. The grand re-opening celebration is scheduled for May 30.
While the menu and staff are mostly the same, Cartucci’s has a new chef on board and will have an additional service ready to reveal next weekend.
