What a difference a day makes. This morning is about 12 degrees warmer than yesterday.
Just to keep things from being too boring, the National Weather Service now says there’s a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Thursday night.
Otherwise, we’re mostly sunny again today with a high near 79. Winds from the southwest could gust as high as 23 mph. Tonight will be partly cloudy and around 57.
Wednesday, mostly sunny and hot, with a high near 86. More southwest winds will blow, with gusts as high as 18 mph. Look for a low around 62.
Thursday, the high will climb to 89, with mostly sunny skies. That slight chance of rain Thursday night will be accompanied by a low of 59.
We’re back in the sun Friday, but not quite as warm, with a high near 82 and a low around 53. Saturday will be much the same, with a high near 81 and low around 54. Sunday, the high, with sunny skies, will be near 83, with a low around 58.
Then we start to warm up again Monday, with mostly sunny skies and a high near 85.
We seem to be in a pattern now. Might as well enjoy it.
