A daughter, Lawson Kate, was born to Matt and Courtney Williams of Charlotte on Thursday, April 10, 2014, at Presbyterian Hospital, Charlotte. She weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces. She has a sister, Hadley. Grandparents are Dr. Chuck and Claudia Kirk of Goldsboro and Dan and Jan Williams of Salisbury.
