Lynn Fowler, the last young woman at the top of the stairs in this photograph from a May 24, 1957, issue of the Post, brought in this newspaper clipping. The caption said, ‘Twelve attractive sun lovers from Salisbury, spending some time on South Carolina’s spacious Grand Strand, are posed here on the stairs of a motel on the ocean front at Crescent Beach.’
