Rowan Hospice and Palliative Care will sponsor a fundraiser at the Salisbury Outback Steakhouse on Thursday, March 6, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The steakhouse will be opening for lunch just for the event. Hospice is asking for a $20 donation per diner. Reservations are not required, but suggested for larger parties. Carry out orders are also available. This event is open to the public. The $20 donation will get diners a four-course lunch, including a Bloomin’ Onion per table, salad, choice of the Outback Special sirloin steak or Chicken on the Barbie, green beans or mashed potatoes, a soft drink and dessert.
