On Shrove Tuesday, March 4, the day before Ash Wednesday, IHOP will sponsor National Pancake Day, a free pancake fundraiser to benefit the Levine Children’s Hospital in the Charlotte area.
For every short stack of buttermilk pancakes served, guest are encouraged to make a donation to the charity. The pancakes will be offered 7 a.m.-10 p.m. This is the ninth year of the fundraising effort for the Children’s Miracle Network hospitals.
Salisbury’s IHOP is at 275 Bendix Drive, Salisbury.
