Athlete of the Week: South Rowan’s Leslie Franks

Franks won the 100 breaststroke in a school-record time and also finished third in the 200 freestyle race at the SPC Championship Friday at the Mecklenberg Aquatic Center.
The county championship meet is today at 9:30 a.m. at Hurley YMCA.
