It has become pretty evident that the commissioners have no intention of building a central office. They continue to offer sites that are going to be unacceptable or offer an amount of money they know will not be enough to cover the cost. Now they are interested in what the city of Salisbury and the other funding partners are going to do after snubbing their offers earlier. That is really the ultimate insult!
I think it is about time for the Rowan/Salisbury Board of Education to think about suing the county commissioners for cutting funding and trying to tell them where to build the central office. Commissioners do not have the authority to tell them where to build, nor should they have the authority to dangle money in front of them like a carrot to get their way.

Tom and I watched “A Beautiful Mind” last night, the story of John Nash’s climb to the Nobel Prize even though he had schizophrenia. We couldn’t help wonder how many beautiful minds America has aborted. A big loss for America. A big win for evil.
