The Epilepsy Foundation of N.C., along with the UNC-Charlotte Athletic Department, is sponsoring a Fall Stroll for Epilepsy. The event is Saturday, Nov. 2 at the UNCC Irwin Belk Track. Registration for the stroll is at 10 a.m. with the walk starting at 11 a.m. There will also be a 5K run beginning at 8 a.m. at the track.
In addition to games and activities for children, information will be available about epilepsy and what to do in the event someone has a seizure.
