Lt. Gov. Dan Forest plans to hold a town hall meeting in Concord on Monday, Oct. 21, at 6 p.m.
It will be at the Old Creamery (363 Church St. N.)
Forest will give a brief overview and then take questions. The event is free and open to the public.
