CONCORD — It’s never too early for children to embrace critical life skills such as risk-taking, creativity and confident communication. Charlotte-area parents of junior kindergarten and kindergarten-age children are invited to learn how their distinct educational needs receive careful consideration at Cannon School.
The School’s junior kindergarten and kindergarten information session will take place Friday, Oct. 18, at 10 a.m., at Cannon’s Concord campus at 5801 Poplar Tent Road.
Parents will hear from Head of Lower School Michelle Alexander, junior kindergarten teacher Courtney Harmon, and kindergarten teacher Emily Davis, about Cannon’s educational philosophy, factors that distinguish the junior kindergarten and kindergarten curricula and experiences, and additional opportunities for extended day learning.
Parents may register at www.cannonschool.org/openhouse.
