Phil Kirk, of Brady Energy Services, will speak at the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce’s Power in Partnership breakfast at 7:30 a.m. on Oct. 17 at Trinity Oaks, 728 Klumac Road. The title of his presentation is “What’s really happening in Raleigh!”
Kirk is a native of Salisbury, worked for Catawba College and served as president of the North Carolina Chamber of Commerce. Former Gov. Jim Hunt has said of Kirk, “If there’s a single person in this state who is more involved and at the center of every issue, I don’t know who it is.”
This is the second Power in Partnership breakfast. More than 120 business and community leaders attended the September breakfast with Mike Hughes from Duke Energy as the speaker. The Chamber’s breakfast series brings top notch speakers to the community and provides high level networking opportunities.
