KANNAPOLIS – Brittney Danielle Gaddy and Blake Monroe Haigler were married Sept. 28, 2013, at First Baptist Church of Enochville. The Rev. Carl Settle officiated the 4 p.m. ceremony.
The daughter of Ms. Sharon Gaddy and late Phillip L. Gaddy, the bride was given away by her brothers, Phillip L. Gaddy II and Patrick B. Gaddy. Matron of honor was Mrs. Bryce Gaddy, and maids of honor were Kittsha Mills, Unjou Carroll, Amie Ellis and Natalie Osterhus.
The son of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Haigler, the groom chose John Paige as best man. Groomsmen were Nick Haigler, Chris Overcash, Tim Dial and Chris Dial. Ring bearer was Jaxon Gaddy, who carried the Mother of Pearl Bible given to Brittney when she was dedicated as an infant to be used on her wedding day.

An RN, Brittney is employed by CHS at Mercy Hospital in Charlotte, and Blake owns Haigler Systems LLC of Kannapolis.
Brittney and Blake left the church in her great-grandfather’s ‘49 Corvette Red Chevrolet that was purchased directly off the showroom floor and kept by her cousin, Larry Shue of Salisbury.
