The bridge on Powell Road over Beaver Dam Branch, between Needmore Road and South River Church / Chaffin Roads will be closed beginning Friday, Aug. 16. The point of closure is approximately .4 miles north of the intersection of Needmore Road. The road will be closed until Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013 in order to construct a new bridge.
