Rescue crews were on the scene of a fatality involving a single vehicle at the intersection of Old Concord and Mt. Hope Church roads late Thursday night.
The original emergency scanner communication reported one person was ejected from the vehicle just before midnight. The Highway Patrol was on the scene at press time.
