SALISBURY — A 21-year-old is in Rowan County jail after authorities charged him with several sex offenses occurring in 2010.
Dustin Ray Johnson was placed under a $150,000 bond and was charged with second-degree sexual offense, crime against nature and indecent liberties with children.
He was placed into jail Wednesday night.
