Cranford ~ Mabry

Laura Elizabeth Cranford and Christopher James Mabry were united in marriage June 1, 2013, at 6 p.m. in the evening at Omwake-Dearborn Chapel on the campus of Catawba College. The Rev. Thomas Mabry officiated the ceremony, which was followed by a reception at F&M Trolley Barn.
The bride was escorted by her father. Maid of Honor was Allison Cranford, and bridesmaids included Keri Holman, Cari McCachren, Cherish Rosas and Amber Smith. Junior Bridesmaids were Bayleigh Miller and Ryleigh Miller.
Best Man was Aaron Cranford, and groomsmen were Jonathan Creason, Douglas Gigi, Coty Waller and Drew Yost. Junior Groomsmen were Cole Burgess and Carson Burgess. Ushers were Garrett Campbell and Zach Grubb.
Flower Girl was Fiona Raymer, and Ring Bearer was Whitaker Raymer.
Guest attendants included Katie Campbell and Mary McCachren.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Larry M. Cranford and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl G. Steele, Mr. and Mrs. Bob G. Cranford and the late Nellie Wooten Cranford. She graduated with honors from West Rowan High School in 2006 and received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010. She received a Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Appalachian State University in 2012 and is a speech language pathologist.
The groom is the son of Rev. and Mrs. Thomas C. Mabry and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde B. Mabry, Jr. He graduated from West High School in 2005 and received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro in 2009. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte in 2012 and is a field engineer for Hensel Phelps Construction Company.
The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
